Terms of use
These terms explain the use of Nebula Sort and its website, provided by Regeora LLC. The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), linked below. Playing and using the site
Use the game and site lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not interfere with their security or distribute modified copies without permission. Permissions and restrictions in the Apple EULA and applicable law still apply.
Progress and virtual items
Progress and unlocks are stored locally in the current version. Virtual currency and items are for use in the game, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Keep this local-storage limitation in mind before resetting progress or removing the app.
In-app purchases
Nebula Sort offers optional in-app purchases through Apple: coin packs of 400, 1200 and 2800 coins (consumable, added to the profile on this device) and the one-time Remove Ads purchase, which stops interstitial ads forever while optional reward videos stay available. The product, price and conditions are shown before you confirm; Apple handles payment and we never receive your card details. Purchases are optional: every sector can be completed without them.
Possible subscriptions
No subscriptions are active today. If offered, the purchase screen will state the benefits, price, billing period, renewal conditions and any trial terms. An auto-renewing subscription continues until cancelled under the displayed terms. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings; cancellation normally stops the next renewal, with access continuing through the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Advertising
Nebula Sort may show ads through AppLovin MAX: optional reward videos you choose to watch (for example, two extra bay slots after a lost run) and occasional interstitial ads between sectors, never during play. Where the law requires it, a consent screen appears before any ad; iOS asks separately for tracking permission and the game works the same if you decline. Remove Ads stops the interstitials.
Ownership and support
NEBULA SORT and the game and website materials are owned by Regeora LLC or their respective licensors. Using them does not transfer ownership. We provide game support through the contact form on the support page; Apple is not responsible for providing app maintenance or support.
Updates and your rights
The game and these terms may change as the product develops. Material changes will be communicated as required. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable consumer or other law. Contact us for questions about these terms.
